Throughout the year, the Foundation relies on the help of our community — for the health of our community! Consider joining our roster of volunteers to help us in events like Valley Harvest Marathon, parades, Handmade Hugs, Middleton Heart Run, Valley Drive In, Making Spirits Bright, and Coat Check for a Cause.

By giving your time you’re not only helping to improve healthcare for the Annapolis Valley, but many of our volunteers have created social connections and skill development far beyond their volunteer roles! Connect today with the Foundation to be part of something BIG.
