Valley Regional Hospital Foundation is served by a volunteer Board of Directors who provide their time and talents to ensure the Foundation is accountable to the mission of enhancing healthcare in the Annapolis Valley.

Mike Landry, President
Mike Landry is a retired schoolteacher and administrator. Mike has been with the Foundation since 2022.
Brittany Traynor, Vice President
Brittany Traynor works with the Municipal of the County of Kings as the Manager of Community Development.
Logan Morse, Treasurer
Logan Morse is a realtor in the Valley and dedicates many hours to our community through various volunteer roles.
John Smith, Secretary
John Smith is an Accessibility Advocate with diverse experience volunteering for non-profit organizations and government agencies.
Meghan Sabean
Meghan Sabean works with Healthcare Excellence Canada as Senior Program Lead with the Innovations and Strategic Development Team.
June Granger
June Granger is a committed community volunteer for 20+ years and General Manager for Turkey Farmers of Nova Scotia.
Kathleen Mulherin
Kathleen Mulherin is an Occupational Therapist, and program lead with Seniors LINCS program.
Andrena Hull
Andrena Hull is the Health Services Director for the Western Zone and Site Leader for Valley Regional Hospital.
Phil Warren
Phil Warren is a retired senior government administrator who enjoys volunteering with various organizations in our community.
Oonagh Proudfoot
Oonagh Proudfoot is the Executive Director of Alumni Relations at Acadia University. She has been at Acadia and lived in the Vally for more than 26 years.

Rick Ramsay, former senior municipal administrator, enjoys public service when it leads to improved community health.
