TEAM ASSISTANT, Fundraising and Administration

About the Position

Reporting to the Executive Director of the Valley Regional Hospital Foundation, you will be a member of a team responsible for generating funds for the Foundation.

You will provide administrative support to team members related to office and business processes and fundraising.

You will work closely with team members to promote the work of the Foundation in the community through a variety of social media and interactions and by providing input to communication strategies.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desire to work with a results oriented team in a fast paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office. Possess an in-depth knowledge of managing social network platforms for the purpose of marketing, including: Instagram, FaceBook, Hootsuite, Twitter.

Experience in non-profit Fundraising (or related experience) with 3+ years’ experience.

Post-secondary education in, Office Administration, Business Administration (marketing) or Event Management.
