Valley Regional Hospital Foundation is excited to launch Harvest For Health: Tastes of Europe, our Virtual Celebrity Chef Cooking Series. Sate your travel woes by learning how to cook European-inspired cuisine in your own home – and support our CT FOR LIFE Campaign! Come travel, cook and eat with our Foundation! 

How does it work? Each cooking class is delivered via Zoom every Thursday in November at 7 pm. A shopping list of ingredients will be emailed in advance of the class. Not home on Thursday evenings? A video of the class and full recipes are made available to ticket buyers on the following Friday.
