Retired Radiologist, and former Valley Regional Hospital Foundation Board President, Dr. Greg Butler, was recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Club of Kentville. Dr. Butler has worked in our Annapolis Valley Community for many years, and this is an acknowledgment of his career of service.
As a visionary philanthropist, Dr Butler has been recognized nationally and internationally for his work in Interventional Radiology and was instrumental in establishing the Diagnostic Imaging Department here at Valley Regional Hospital.
Paul Harris Fellowship, named after the Founder of Rotary, Paul Harris, was established in 1957. Rotary Clubs have a long history of identifying and recognizing individuals within our wider community whose lives demonstrate diligence and conscientiousness. They give of themselves, “above and beyond” the norm, voluntarily, selflessly and without expectation of special recognition.
Congratulations to Dr. Greg Butler and thank you for everything you have done, and continue to do, for our community.
