Meet Our Featured Comedians
Peter White, a clever comedian named one of the Top 5 Up and Coming Comedians in Canada by CBC Radio’s So You think You’re Funny? Peter has performed at comedy’s top festivals including Just for Laughs Comedy Festival, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Montreal Comedy Festival, and has performed three consecutive years at Halifax Comedy Festival. Peter has an hour-long special for CTV and the Comedy Network’s Comedy Now and has worked as a writer for This Hour Has 22 Minutes and That’s So Weird on YTV. His writing has been nominated for both a Canadian Comedy Award and a Writers Guild of Canada Award.
Dan Hendricken, originally hailing from PEI, is one of the Maritimes top comics. He cut his teeth in comedy at the Yuk Yuk’s Club in Halifax and was featured on CBC TV as part of the Halifax Comedy Festival. Dan has since gone on to tour all over the country as a headlining comic, performing at the flagship Yuk Yuk’s in downtown Toronto. Dan has been seen on CBC TV and heard on CBC Radio (with CBC’s LOL).
Cassian Ferlatte, a local comic who uses his charm and witty writing to talk about everyday life and push the occasional boundary. Having performed on stages across the Maritimes, including east coast comedy clubs Yuk Yuks Halifax and Punchlines in Saint John, NB. In 2022, Cassian was a finalist in the Hubcap Comedy Competition.
